Kimberly began her career in 2007 under the mentorship of Charly Schell, gaining hands-on experience in settlement planning for a range of cases, from single-event claims to large-scale mass tort litigation. As an Advanced Planning Director and Product and Suitability Specialist, she has played a pivotal role in integrating flexible retail insurance solutions into settlement strategies, helping her own clients manage their financial portfolios with long-term security and flexibility, and helping other advisors approach and integrate these strategies to bring added flexibility and estate protections to their clients.
Beyond her role at MC² Wealth Management, Kimberly also serves as a key consultant at Mirena and Company, where she advises law firms on growth and operational strategies. Throughout her career, she has managed compliance across multiple states, guided premium allocation strategies, and advised agents, trustees, and clients on complex insurance and wealth management solutions.
In 2018, she co-founded Armis Advisers, which later evolved into RIA Bison Advisors, where she served as the Multi-Family Office Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing SEC filings and multi-family office services. In 2020, she co-founded Armis Strategies, further expanding her work in insurance and financial consulting. In 2024, she founded Personal Injury Planning, LLC, an insurance back office focused on providing access to retail insurance in settlement planning.
Previously, Kimberly held integral roles at Forge Consulting and Advocacy Wealth Management, where she developed a strong foundation in process development and client education. Known for her commitment to transparency and financial clarity, she remains dedicated to helping clients navigate their financial future with confidence, ensuring that every financial plan is built to adapt to real-life needs.
Kimberly graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia and lives in a 200-year-old farmhouse in the Athens, Georgia area with her partner, Robbie, their daughter, Cleo, and their pets. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys sailing, kayaking, hiking, art, and music.
